FR1SE
This landart is an archeological find of Samoota, where these perticular Samootians reside in the grass during day time to harness solar energy, which they then use at night to emit light in order to guide those lost in the dark back to safety.
It attracted local wildlife, and to this day it still has a microcosm of frogs, grasshoppers and a smaller ant colony.
Size: 7x7 metres
Materials: Grass, dirt, clay and solar powered LED's
Exhibited at Ensemble Sommant, France
Co-producer & co-realisation: Mathilde Rougier
